Thomas Tomakira Li, Hong Kong designer, is set to release his collection Mostly Heard Rarely Seen for U.S. distribution in Fall/Winter 2013. Tomakira will not be making the trip to the U.S. along with his collection, instead he will stay in Hong Kong out of the public eye as usual. Word has it the collection will tell more about Tomakira than any personal appearance would.
